About Susan

Howdy my name is Susan!

I am a web and print person dedicated to make the web a more beautiful and usable place.  In 2006, after dabbling in engineering and real estate I decided that I needed to harness my passion for simplicity in design, as well as give myself freedom to work from anywhere I wanted….ending the dependency on my physical location to dictate who I can work with or for.  That same year, I enrolled in a full time immersion web and graphic design program.

As an honor graduate of the Platt College San Diego Media Arts program, I learned the importance of usability and beautiful code.  I have used my new found skill set to help non-profits and small businesses.  Currently I am utilizing my skills at the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center in Austin.
